BuildUp is a community of communications professionals who work in the built environment – from specialist communications and marketing, to business development and public relations, practice owners and leaders. Our aim is to provide an open, friendly and welcoming forum for all levels of seniority and experience, where people can make connections, share knowledge, learn and discover. Founded in 2009, our 500+ members are drawn from architectural and engineering practices, major contractors and developers and the institutions, media and forums who promote those disciplines. BuildUp hosts a series of events throughout the year, including industry panel discussions and presentations, smaller issue-based roundtables, as well as social get-togethers. The group is organised by a steering group drawn from the membership.
