LanguageOne is an expert in education, providing excellent and contemporary mother tongue and culture education abroad. We offer children cultural stability, encourage self-confidence and provide them with a solid foundation for future success. We started over 35 years ago, following a request from Shell to launch a Dutch secondary education programme in the U.K., with the objective to allow expatriates’ children to reconnect to Dutch education upon their return. Today, a team of 80 skilled and experienced teachers ensure that over 1350 students between the ages of 2.5 and 18, feel at home at our locations in Europe, Australia and the Middle and Far East. LanguageOne strongly believes that the mother tongue is an essential instrument during identity development, and even more important to children growing up abroad. Besides cultural stability the mother tongue also provides a solid foundation for learning and managing other languages. Children need a strong foundation, confidence and support to meet the challenges they face when moving abroad.
