Climate change is real and it is altering our environment every day. There is enough scientific evidence to prove that even the most basic, ordinary human activities are the major contributors to climate change. To lead this transformation, we’ve decided to start with changing the way we think about one of our most basic human requirements, clothing. Creating ecologically responsible, durable yet stylish clothing and accessories, we want to ensure that the integration of the fight into our daily lives is seamless. In this battle to save our planet, we stand with indigenous Himalayan communities who are at frontline taking the challenge head-on. Our initial A major part of our strategy is to create products using only natural material, mainly harvested on the foothills of the Himalayas. We at Aslee believe that with the consumption of these products, these communities can move towards multi-species tree-based agriculture. This means more plant-based farming, therefore, leading to afforestation, soil conservation and empowerment of local Himalayan People.
