Our mediation group prides itself on genuine neutrality. Neutrality is essential to any successful mediation. While many mediators come from predominantly a “plaintiff” or “defense” background, our mediators have devoted their careers to representing both large and small clients; companies, as well as, individuals; and plaintiffs and defendants. We’ve represented both insurance companies and insureds adverse to insurance companies; beneficiaries and fiduciaries, corporate entities and shareholders, as well as contractors and owners. This provides us with a unique perspective and allows us to be genuinely neutral. Coupled with our philosophy that the best mediation process is driven by the parties, we adopt a neutral role that allows the parties to achieve settlement.
