Sea Oil Petroleum Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Thai-listed Sea Oil Public Company Limited (SET:SEAOIL), headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Sea Oil Public Company Limited was established on 26 May 1997 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2013. The Sea Oil Group of Companies ("Sea Oil") are actively involved in the trading and supply of bunker fuels as a leading physical bunker supplier in the Thai ports surrounding Gulf of Thailand and Andaman Sea and an international bunker trading firm capable of supplying bunker fuel at more than 1,500 ports worldwide. Sea Oil is also involved in the onshore crude oil exploration and production in the concession L53/48 area, Kampeang Saen district, Nakorn Pathom province, Thailand. In addition, Sea Oil operates a condensate splitter plant producing petrochemical products. The plant is situated in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi province, Thailand. Other core businesses of Sea Oil include onshore and offshore service and supply management and the distribution of electricity locally through the operation of solar power plants. Nathalin Group is the major shareholder of Sea Oil and manages the country’s largest oil and petrochemical shipping firm.
