We started Managerie to give people the space to articulate how they're trying to drive their career, and encourage companies to engage in that narrative. We've found an important first step is to lead with the information that highlights a forward-looking career trajectory, and help companies focus on the elements that contribute to actual success in a role. That's why at Managerie we prefer to highlight people's growth orientation, motivators, and best suited work environments, in addition to skills / qualifications and in return, companies are getting a full and honest picture of the human being they'd potentially be hiring. Our currency at Managerie is authenticity. We've designed a process that gets to the core of people's personal drivers and ambitions for their career by making intentional space for a genuine conversation with every candidate. Our primary aim is to get an honest and authentic picture of our candidates and what they need to perform at their best. Managerie is a resource for candidates to help tell their story, and the more real we can be, the more powerful that story becomes. We're excited to be able to offer free access to our anonymous candidate database to any company looking to hire growth-oriented individuals and will only charge a fee when someone is hired.
