With your choice of 15 beers from our brewery, there is something on tap for everyone. Enjoy brick oven pizza, calzones, stromboli, pasta, and more in our comfortable dining room or on our shady patio. Conveniently located on 12th Street near Colorado Mesa University, it's a great hang out for CMU Maverick students and faculty. Join us the first Monday of every month at 5pm for our Firkin Fundraisers. We tap a specialty keg at 5pm and donate the proceeds of those pint sales to a local non-profit organization. Check out our events page for details. With daily specials, as well as featured menus that change about every two weeks, there's always something new to try and a great beer to pair it with. We also host quarterly beer pairing dinners, with locally sourced ingredients.
