My deep driving desire is to provide thought leadership in the form of my Archetypal Self Leadership Model to further our understanding of Jung's theories as they may pertain to eight cognitive leadership domains within four quadrants of human intelligence. My passion is accounting for human systems and leading creative capital. Energy and money are equivalent terms. A lot of what we know about managing financial capital can be applied to what we do not know about managing human capital, but NOT until we have a better understanding of the systemic, functional, and relational aspects of the human energy and information processing system. Jung's cognitive equation is: Consciousness = Conscious + Unconscious. The accounting equation [Assets = Liabilities + Owners Equity] and Jung's cognitive equation are synonymous. Assets = Liabilities + Owners Equity Consciousness = Unconscious + Conscious Self = P2 + P1 What does this mean in practice? Quality of Energy = Quality of Consciousness Quality of Consciousness = Quality of Experience YOU do the math!!! In the event you are math challenged, the word equation can be reduced to: Quality of Energy = Quality of Experience Since we know next to nothing about the left side of the equation, we are forced to focus on the right. But how can we properly manage our experience, if we have no idea of the role of energy within the psychic economy? We cannot. Period. The ASLM is a bold and visionary leap into a new understanding of human development and the evolution of human consciousness. I performed a quantum-mechanical interpretation of Jung's theories as they pertain to Self Leadership. I've devoted the last 17 years to developing and fine tuning the Archetypal Self Leadership Model.
