SOAL India, a revolutionary ed-tech startup that works at the intersection of education & employment, is improving the quality and access of education as well as solving the scarcity of quality talent in disruptive, new-age and forward-thinking companies. Launched in 2018 and headquartered in Mumbai, SOAL is the brainchild of Mumbai-based trio Pratik Agarwal, Raj Desai & Varsha Bhambhani-Kanwal. Their motive is to solve the double-pronged skill gap caused by a financially exclusive, outdated education-employment system that builds and judges individuals based on their credentials rather than their skills. The maiden courses are personalised for depending on what stage of education the student is at: in school, college, just graduated freshers, job seekers, or professionals.
