During almost 15 years of market activity Solveere has become one of the polish leaders in the field of rapid prototyping and short series production. The main recipients of the company’s services are companies from the automotive industry – Poland is a major manufacturer of lighting and other functional elements in Europe. The Solveere manufacturing site is equipped with the largest vacuum casting facilities in CEE. Vacuum casting is a rapid manufacturing technology of casting elements from epoxy and polyurethane resins using silicone molds. This technology is ideal for making short series of products, i.e. those consisting of 20-100 elements. We have a very wide range of resins and many options for processing and finishing the final elements. Rapid prototyping and imitation models are another important branch of Solveere’s operations. Solveere has a 3D printing machine park consisting of dozens of devices, working in 7 different technologies and operated by an experienced team. Currently we are also the official distributor in Poland of EnvisionTec, TPM and TierTime devices. In 2014, we started R&D work on creating our own 3D printing device - SLS machine, based on our experience in selling and servicing devices of other manufacturers. As a result we have created a device that in our deep conviction has the best features and functionalities expected by the user on the market.
