My own consulting company was set up to cooperate on IT project implementations with customers or implementation partners. Currently, as Project Manager and IT Consultant, I provide complex assistance to various companies and enterprises in the implementation of new IT systems as well as in the development and update of the already functioning systems. My work comprises the following tasks: working-out goals and objectives for particular projects, selection of the best possible systems and system implementation partners, negotiations on terms and conditions of implementation contracts and agreements with implementing companies, project and project team management, development of the system blueprint, designing new customer-oriented functionalities, testing the system operation, verification of documents, organization of training events for the system users, organization of support teams for the system users, supervision of work and product quality, reporting to the management board and steering committee on the project implementation progress. I also assist the IT and consulting companies in the IT projects’ sale process and acting as a Project Manager I am responsible for the entire project from the moment of its development till its final implementation. I also have experience in implementation of international projects as I have cooperated with foreign managers, specialists and consultants.
