MyflexiPark's mission is to contribute to mobility and the quality of city life. A car-free city will not be realistic in the near future, but we can improve the sharing of space. On the one hand, we want to make the parking spaces (of companies, communities or private individuals) available and, on the other hand, to make it easier and faster to find a car park as part of a reasoned use of cars. Concretely, this translates for individuals by the possibility of renting out their private parking space for short, medium or long periods, as long as they do not need it. Companies and communities have the opportunity to share their parking spaces with users who currently have no access. Aside the parking sharing, they can thus make it profitable in a monetary way. Office building owners or tenants can take advantage of sharing services in two additional ways: • the use and allocation of parking spaces during business hours. Are these parking spaces statically assigned on a simple basis (first come, first served), according to the seniority ... or on the basis of objective criteria allowing a dynamic assignment maximizing the use of the car park? • the valorisation, in an organized and secure way, of unused spaces outside office hours. Our service operates on a software-as-a-service platform for which services for drivers are also available on smartphones (IOS and Androïd). Our image recognition technology combined with our platform allows us to adapt effectively to the conditions of use of residential, professional or multi-purpose buildings.
