Integrated Design Studio LLC was founded in 2012 with a goal to design and deliver high-performance facilities by applying an integrated design and team approach. IDS has adopted this philosophy based on a deep conviction that the traditional design approach cannot succeed in adequately addressing the performance demands of a 21st century state-of-art facility, that goes well beyond aesthetics, and responds to the rapid depletion of natural resources, degradation of the environment, and the dynamics of technology changes. Successful Project Delivery requires establishing project qualities that satisfy the client and end user needs and expectations once it is delivered, and over its lifetime; is completed on time and within established budget. We provide project leadership that listens and probes to understand the client’s needs, aspirations and constraints; put together a team of professionals with the right mix of state-of-art knowledge and expertise to perform the task; develop a structured and well planned delivery process; and provide management controls and resources to efficiently execute the delivery process.
