HART is a new initiative to explore art and space and community catalysts in Hong Kong. HART seeks to revitalise cultures of creativity predicated on active participation and focus on the process of hands-on making, through a collective of art project spaces and an experimental and evolving platform of programmes, events and site-specific projects.
