Cascade Housing Group is the developer and general partner of affordable housing properties located primarily in the Pacific Northwestern United States. The founders and managing members of the company have developed 26 apartment properties in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Nevada and Missouri. The Company acts as general partner in the partnerships that own the properties it develops. Often, it partners with Housing Authorities or non-profit corporations as co-general partners in order to provide Resident Services to its tenants. It's limited partners are typically institutional investors.
