Our team has spent the last decade managing 1,000’s of investment properties and the one thing that we can say for certain is that owners can’t afford to give away 7% – 10% of their collected monthly rents if they want to truly succeed in today’s rental market. Why? Because research shows that 7% – 10% of the monthly rent, after all, expenses are paid, is the profit, so what does that leave the owner with once the management company is paid?
