We support local families to reach their full potential through free wellbeing services, offered across the Waimakariri and Hurunui Districts. Our support for families focuses on enhancing strengths, removing barriers and helping people meet life’s challenges. We also look for opportunities to build on the good work being done by other groups in our local community. Our free services include: • Early childhood education • Wellbeing support for whānau, rangatahi and tamariki • Specialist alcohol and drug support for rangatahi • Community parenting programmes • Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group • Restorative justice • Kaiapoi Food Bank • Kaiapoi Community Support Our services are uniquely local to North Canterbury! Our down-to-earth and caring team is made up of experienced professionals and trained volunteers, who live and work in North Canterbury. They know the ins and outs of what makes our community so special and this means our services are truly tailored to the needs of the Waimakariri and Hurunui Districts. We are a charity.
