Healthcare Shares is in the process of applying to become an SEC-registered crowdfunding portal. The JOBS Act enabled entrepreneurs everywhere to raise capital from the crowd via regulation CF. Our goal is to build a community of 100,000 healthcare professionals who invest in social impact healthcare startups and act as advisors/cheerleaders for the entrepreneurs we support. At Healthcare Shares, we know that most social impact healthcare entrepreneurs would prefer to be funded by healthcare professionals that believe in their vision instead of venture capital funds that are primarily focused on making a profit as quickly as possible.
