The Sulha Alliance has worked with Afghan interpreters and other Locally Engaged Civilians (LECs) for years, both campaigning to get them out of Afghanistan and supporting their resettlement in the UK. This has helped us build an intimate link with the community. Our vision is for a comprehensive, fair and lasting solution that encompasses: - Providing sanctuary for former interpreters under threat - Welcoming former interpreters and their families to the UK - Recognising their service and supporting their integration into British society
