Aviomechanika is a specialist in extremely high precision CNC metal processing such difficult materials as Inconel, Tytan, Hastelloy, Magnesium, stainless steel and steel used in the Oil & Gas industry. We provide machining services on the entrusted material and parts made of our material. At request, we also assemble sets of parts that we receive for processing. We are able to perform the operations of cutting, heat treatment, applying various types of coatings (galvanic coatings and thermal and plasma spraying), grinding, lapping, polishing and drilling. Our strength is the machining of rotating, thin-walled parts. We can process parts up to 700 mm diameter and the length of 1000 mm and with the incredible accuracy up to 0,005 mm. To keep all the standards we always check the quality on FPI line which is non-destructive inspection by usage of fluorescent penetrant according to the specifications of CFPM-1 and -4. We also carry out various types of oil tests of various types of injectors. The quality of these operations is confirmed by highest aviation standard of quality management AS 9100. Our quality has been confirmed many times by awards of Golden Supplier of UTC (United Technologies). What is more, we are a member of Aviation Valley. We have been producing engine parts to Pratt & Whitney which are delivered later to aeroplanes Boeing, Cessna ,Falcon, Gulfstream, Airbus ,Embraer and to helicopters such as Bell, Sikorsky , Agusta Westland, Eurocopter and MD Explorer. Thanks to our high standard of precision we have also received military concession which enables to produce for military sector.
