A 21,000 square foot building we built in 1999. Serves an incubator of sorts for people to test out new retail ideas. A merchant rents a space for a monthly fee and pays a 13% comission on products sold though our sales staff. Some people take their retail idea to the next level and move out, many are happy with the way things are and have remained since we first opened. Currently We provide retail services within the store to more than 100+ merchants.
