Today, Brookgreen Gardens is a National Historic Landmark with the most significant collections of figurative sculpture in the country and has the only accredited zoo on the coast of the Carolinas. Located south of Myrtle Beach, SC between Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island the gardens are open to the public daily.
