The Association for Women in Sports Media is a national organization that aims to empower women heading into the sports field. University of Oregon is home to one of twenty student chapters across the country. Brought to Eugene by faculty member, Lori Shontz, (who is an AWSM alumni herself) back in 2014. Due to COVID we are starting from scratch with a brand new executive team and game plan. We aim to start meetings again week 1 of winter term, and we encourage you to join us!
