Tech4Care is a start up providing products and services for digital health, with the aim to innovate care and management for people in a state of frailty, with long-term care needs and chronic conditions. We are a team of professionals with interdisciplinary competences. We have longstanding expertise in project planning, consulting and research on technological and social innovations for improving the health and well-being of vulnerable target groups. Our key competences cover: - mobile health (mHealth), artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR) and the Internet-of-Things (IoT); - consulting on care management and organisation in nursing homes; - project management cycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure); - clinical, epidemiological and social research.
