Originally the company was founded in 2003 under the name PC-Help, based in Ortisei, Val Gardena. At that time, the main activity was customer service and the sale of PC hardware and software to private customers and companies in the South Tyrol area. Over the years, we became official distributor of Fujitsu and Wi-Fi Hotel for the South Tyrol area and Microsoft Certified Partner. The main focus was on the design of networks for companies, offices, graphic studios and hotels, the installation of video surveillance systems, webcams, multiroomsound and IP telephony systems as well as the consulting and sale of PCs, notebooks and peripherals. In September 2007, PC-Help became an AXIS Premium partner for video surveillance. From then on we have specialized in video surveillance, webcam, security, IP telephony, WiFi radio links for data transmission and hotspots. Numerous training courses and certifications in these sectors followed. In June 2011, the time was finally ripe to continue our activity definitely and exclusively in the direction of video surveillance and connectivity. On 1 January 2013, the company AVISCON KG is created through the merger of PC-Help and Mailhosting.cc. AVISCON is one of the few companies in the Triveneto that has been partnered with the status of Milestone Platinum Partners and Axis Gold Partners, providing complex digital video surveillance systems with virtually unlimited video analytics capabilities.
