Premier Nursing Academy partners with healthcare employers to provide free training and guaranteed employment for entry-level healthcare jobs. Since 2017, we've specialized in fast and effective training for the certified nursing assistant (CNA) position. In the Premier Nursing Academy model, our employer partners pay for 100% of the cost of training, so that candidates don't have to amass a significant amount of debt in order to start their healthcare career. Additionally, individuals entering our program know that they have a guaranteed job waiting for them once their training is complete. In return, employers can be confident they are gaining well-trained, dedicated employees who are ready to hit the floor on day 1. It's a win-win for both parties. Premier Nursing Academy was originally founded in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and quickly spread to operate multiple locations throughout northern Indiana. In 2019 our presence spread to Tampa, Florida, but we aren't finished yet. We believe this model of employer-sponsored training is the future of education and plan to continue making our program available to new markets around the U.S.
