The UH Bauer Real Estate Program was built by Houston’s real estate professionals to prepare students to become leaders in the industry. Practicing real estate professionals serve as faculty, bringing their expertise to the classroom. Students become members of the real estate community through professional development: internships, mentorships, scholarships, professional organization membership and career services. Through engagement in the real estate community and working on field based projects, students gain the expertise and experience of real estate as a professional practice. Graduates are "job ready" and have the career opportunities that come with a personal network of colleagues in the real estate industry.
