I support you in deep inner work that leads to healing and growth. As a spiritual companion, I meet with you via Zoom or phone for an hour, typically once/month, to help illuminate the next step on your path of growth and transformation. I also offer shamanic journeys (at a distance) in which we seek guidance and healing from spirit guides and the Akashic Records (the energetic storehouse of past, present and potential futures). It's often helpful to combine spiritual direction with shamanic guidance to help interpret and integrate messages from Spirit into your everyday life.
