At S-S-D you are trained to prevent violence from happening to you beforehand. In case if you do get caught in an inescapable situation, for that you are trained to protect yourself during an altercation, and you are informed on the subject of handling the psychological trauma post violence. We know that the more trained you are, the better you are equipped of maintaining your safety and well-being.
