Founded in 1994, The Year of the Family, A Life Worth Living shares life stories of people who live with disabilities, as well as their families, employers and the public through media. These personal experiences offer life-changing answers to questions. Our mission is that our blending of knowledge and theory with creative experience offers hope, inspiration, and practical guidance. Our dream is that everyone, including people with disabilities, actively participates together in building a fully inclusive society.
