Gilkar Design + Build (Virginia Class A Commercial & Residential Building Contractor) was founded by Abdullah Foushanji in 2017 as a continuation to his 30+ year journey of residential, commercial, and mixed-use building construction. Foushanji founded Gilkar after moving to the United States to put in full use his long-time experience in construction from different parts of the world. Passion and constant presence are our encouragement for building more spaces. Our goal is to attain perfection to the product and satisfaction of the customer.
