For more than 40 years, ResCare has provided trusted community living services that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities enjoy greater quality of life in their own home or in home-like environments. No two individuals are exactly the same. That’s why each of our ResCare Community Living homes are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual in our care. Our Home & Community-Based Services are focused on helping individuals stay in their personal homes with quality home-based therapy and treatment rather than moving to a Group Home for care. Our Group Homes offer individuals with IDD a more personal home-like family setting. Each resident has their own bedroom with no more than three to four individuals per house, supported by 24/7 care. Our Day Habilitation programs are designed to help individuals with IDD get out of buildings and into their communities with day programs centered around an individual’s needs and interests.
