Grollo Leisure and Tourism (GLT), part of the Grollo Group, is a major developer, owner and operator within the Australian tourism industry. Central management is based at Rialto Towers in Melbourne’s CBD, with tourism businesses located on Mt Buller. Tourism The Grollo family’s involvement in tourism began in 1992 when the family purchased 80% of The Bourke Street Lift Company Pty Ltd on Mt Buller. The following year the remaining 20% of the company was purchased and renamed Buller Ski Lifts Pty Ltd. Today, the GLT business also includes management of a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout Australia, several property investment companies, and interests in ski travel specialists Mogul Ski World and Jigsaw Travel. Between 2010 and 2014, GLT was responsible for the management of Australia's largest ice sports and entertainment venue, Medibank Icehouse in Docklands, Melbourne.
