We both diligently toiled and climbed the corporate ladder, right up t the very top, only to realize that we wanted to do more. More opportunities to give back. Tushar started volunteering at the Keep Moving movement. The aim of this movement is to offer a “values” education to underprivileged school kids. Soon, he was leading a team of dedicated volunteers for the Mumbai region alongside his corporate career as a full-time director with a European organization. Vaishali always thought of herself as a kingmaker with her strategic orientation, big picture thinking, and inspirational tone. Having reached the heights of her career, a global L&D lead in some of the top organizations in India, she too wanted to contribute back, bigger and better. Vaishali and Tushar pooled in their collective vision, experience, and talent, and so was born, Keep Progressing Talent. Keep Progressing Talent, as an organization is an effort to create a tribe of executives and individuals. We are team of Learning & Development professionals with collective experience of several decades which is both diverse & dependable.
