World Trustmark Alliance (www.worldtrustmark.org) was established since 2003 to gather international e-commerce organizations and enterprises, to promote cyber trust and cyber security under digital transformation. Their goal is to provide guidance for the e-commerce industry, focusing on issues of increasing information transparency and protecting customer privacy and rights. As an international non-profit organization, they improve global knowledge transfer through organizing seminars, discussions and summits. They will first promote their Code of Conduct, to serve as a fair and equal standard to settle conflicts arising from cross-border transactions.
