UrbanHealth360 works to involve communities in the business of health through helping urban poor communities engage in organized efforts and activities that will improve individual, familial, and the collective community’s health. We believe that poor urban communities are strengthened when their members are healthier and when they have the necessary information, tools, and support to change their own lives. We envision a world where urban poor and challenged communities will have comprehensive knowledge about the health issues impacting them that they can use to facilitate their work on the ground and to influence policy decisions at the local community, municipal, national, and global levels.
