CSAR produces functional designs with a fresh attitude and a good eye for details and materials. CSAR handles complex programs in complex spaces by an innovating look at design. CSAR tries to see the projects as a total design task. We don’t stop at the usual scale, we continue in interior and landscape by designing them in a way it will result in a total tuned design; interior and furniture becomes architecture! In that way we can have total control of spaces, textures and colors. We don’t work with abstract concepts but use a direct approach purely based on the program which we define with our clients. By placing ourselves in the unique position of our clients we can design unique solutions for their needs. This focus on the future use is in our opinion the cornerstone of architecture. By abandoning complex architectural theories, CSAR speaks the language of the client and therefore stays close to the client. By introducing the ‘Bouwbundel®’ (‘building-bundle’), we developed a tool in which we can reach and serve our clients in an optimal way. It is a package of clear rules of the design- and building process, explaining the phases and how we work.
