HTMS (High Tech Metal Seals) is a privately owned limited company, founded in 1999 by a group of sealing specialists. Our plant is located in Mechelen, Belgium. We offer our services worldwide. HTMS designs and manufactures elastic or resilient metal seals. Our seals are used in a wide variety of applications where conventional seals cannot handle the extremes of temperature, pressure, medium or combinations thereof. • Static applications: flanges, vessels, pumps, reactors, compressors, ... • Semi-dynamic applications: control valves, connectors, regulators, … • Extreme environments: aerospace, nuclear, (petro)chemical, oil & gas, off-shore, subsea, … • Pressure: from UHV up to ≥ 50.000 psi • Temperature: from cryogenic up to ± 1000°C HTMS offers resilient metallic seals in a selection of high performance nickel alloys and stainless steel. As a result of this well-thought production set-up, HTMS supplies seals: • in any required dimension, starting from 5 mm diameter • in any required quantity • of any shape (circular, rectangular, with / without retainers, …) The high flexibility of our company and the wide experience of our specialists are the cornerstones of HTMS. Each department of HTMS has its own experts. This results in short delivery times which can easily and correctly be adapted to the customer requirements. HTMS production • 100% in our own production facilities (metallic seals, heat treatment, polishing, plating, coating, ...) • Control: standard control as per internal procedures (QA manual) of every seal, or more specific control as per customer specification. • Test-facilities: leak testing, load testing, dimensional control, hardness, … • Clean room: cleaning level as per specification
