AGUITEKTURA, is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), which is a three partner organization. The firm’s name is a fusion of our company President’s maiden name, “AGUILA” and “TEKTURA”, excerpted from “Arquitektura” which in Spanish means the practice of Architecture. This fusion and play on words represents our company’s holistic approach to the management of emerging issues and associated change. It has become impossible to address issues at a detailed level in a compartmentalized fashion within historic defined disciplines. Technical issues can typically not be isolated without recognition of the “soft issues” (people related) surrounding it. The ability to manage “soft issues” in a changing environment has become a prerequisite for any development project. The rate of change additionally demands strategic foresight and strategic awareness applied with flexibility. These competencies and skills need to be linked with functional network relations with a broad base of clients, contractors and consultants in order to provide a complete solution or outcome in the mould of a “one stop shop solution”.
