Prestige Adult Foster Care is CARF accredited foster care program in the state of Massachusetts and reputable Mass Health funded program that provides 24-hour care in a personalized setting for both elderly people and adults with a disability, who cannot live alone. The program supports people with developmental disabilities who have medical, physical or cognitive challenges that make it difficult to live alone. Caregivers can receive up to $1,500 per month plus room and board, per client, depending on the level of care. Eligibility to Receive Care! Individuals age 16 or over who have (or are eligible) for Mass Health or other and have a medical, physical, or cognitive disability that requires daily physical assistance, prompting or supervision to successfully complete ADLs are eligible to apply for Adult Foster Care.
