We are not wardens or counselors, nutritionists or dietitians (unless we are), we are Health Coaches. We are authorities on wellness, supportive mentors, and specialists in behavior change. We don't teach, we facilitate practices that result in clients empowering themselves. We don't empower you, you do. We provide support, accountability, collaboration, education, and resources. We can partner with you and your doctor or other health care practitioner to navigate prescribed care plans for dietary or other lifestyle changes and physical activity protocols, as examples. We can bridge the gaps between "doctor's orders", progress milestones, and real and lasting health and wellness change.
