CCL is a community of seasoned leaders and high performing young professionals (CCL Forum Members). Through monthly peer sharing, career workshops, and inspiring speakers, CCL encourages today’s young professionals to discover their authentic self-- so they can lead with greater Purpose, Virtue and Tenacity. The Center for Conscientious Leadership (CCL) was founded in 2016 and is dedicated to helping the next generation of young professionals develop into leaders of extraordinary impact. With active participation from distinguished business, military, academic, and social leaders, the mission of the Center is to INSPIRE, DEVELOP and ADVANCE the next generation of leaders. The dedication of our leadership team to each member is a cornerstone of CCL. But it is the passion, capability and hunger of our Forum Members that is our true foundation.
