In public safety there is a radio communication announcement, All-Hands. "All hands going to work (or operating)". This is a signal that is given by an incident commander which indicates that all companies enroute or on scene of a confirmed emergency will be working to mitigate the emergency. This requires the assignment of additional resources. All Hands Leaders takes the approach that it takes leadership from all members of a team, company, agency or organization in order to achieve success and complete the mission All Hands Leaders provide public safety leadership development through coaching, mentoring, conference keynote addresses and break out sessions as well as small group workshops.
