The Latin American Society of South Australia. Were are a Non for Profit (NFP) Organization aiming at bringing together the Latin American Community in South Australia. Our community is culturally diverse and vibrant and comprises people who are well settled in Australia as well as newly arrived communities. Our purpose is to foster, promote and maintain our cultural values to enrich the broader South Australian community through increased cultural diversity. Our mission includes working towards enhancing the following five main areas: • Culture and community engagement • Family and community well-being • Economic development and empowerment • Education and professional development; and • Immigration and international relations Each focus areas includes the development of provision of services, medium to large scale events, advocacy and lobbying.
