Serving the Military, Fire, LEO and Federal Agencies in Human Performance Optimization. -Jeff Nichols Aside from serving as a SEAL while on active duty, Jeff also worked at Navel Special Warfare command as the active duty department head for the Human Performance Department. Jeff oversaw product development, product assessment, program assessment, and operator delegate within Special Operations Command (SOCOM) for Human Performance. After his naval service, Jeff co-founded and co-owned Virginia High Performance LLC in Virginia Beach. Jeff oversaw programming and training within VHP that focused on youth athletics, wounded veterans, and numerous tactical organizations. Nichols earned his double B.S. in Kinesiology and Chemistry from Troy University in 2002. Jeff holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) both with distinction. Jeff now owns Performance First LLC. He is responsible for providing training programs and coaching for the special forces population, LE, fire, and other professional athletic teams. He is among few coaches for this population that delivers results and physical training at such a high standard for these individuals. Jeff has developed and continues to write programs to suite the needs for his clientele to perform at the highest level in their careers. He is relentless in his own coaching and gaining knowledge from other professionals as the industry evolves.
