Our packaging system allows for the production of cardboard containers with a sealed inside edge. To this purpose, our patented skiver first peels off a thin layer of the edge that is to be sealed. The edge is then reshaped at the creaser unit. A patented water-cooled burner activates the polymer coating of the sealed area to the millimetre. An innovative folder and presser unit then seals the inside edge of the carton, thereby preventing liquids and other food substances from entering into the packaging. With a production output of ca. 130.000 one litre cartons per hour, we are international leaders in terms of technology with our packaging systems.
