DMC ltd was founded in March 2009 to provide business development and advisory services. We carry out business review and restructuring of our clients’ operations, plan and deliver strategic planning workshops resulting in the development of their strategic business plan, Key Performance indicators and dash boards. We identify the training needs of our clients and address them with customized training workshops and/or on the job training and advisory in the areas of all managerial competences and leadership skills development. We work with women through associations and networks and empower them through social engagement skills development, leadership skills enhancement, coaching and mentoring to motivate and train them to assert their economic human rights through advocacy and lobbying.
