Located in Istanbul, TURKEY employs more than 500 technicians. With authorizations from the FAA, EASA, and numbers of other National Aviation Authorities from around the world, MNG Technic provides airframe maintenance, modification and overhaul services, component repairs, paint services, and engineering support for a variety of commercial, business, and leasing companies. The facilities consist of four hangars measuring approximately 25,000 square meter, including 12 narrow-body bays and 4 wide-body bays. The facility has one large paint bays able to accommodate up to a 777-300 aircraft. MNG Technic also has significant back-shop and components shop, storage & office space measuring 35,000 square meter, and a ramp area that measures greater than 30,000 square meter with capacity to park multiple aircraft. Approximately 150 aircraft per year go through heavy-maintenance checks, modifications, or special maintenance visits. Also, since year of 2007, MNG TECHNIC Training Center with its Part 147 Approval is performing trainings at Istanbul, as well as Customer chosen locations with tailored training courses.
