We engage with our clients to deliver a very focused sales enablement and coaching. We start with the customers view to build a strategy how to best create measurable value. We assist the sales teams on executing this strategy and on delivering the deal at terms that benefit all constituents. We've vast experience in working with customers in the B2B and B2C space, ranging from the Fortune 50 to SME companies. Our engagement model is to work along the sales process and intervene regularly to challenge the work and to instil expertise, experience, confidence to the client. We preferably work remote and meet from time to time in person for larger strategy discussions.
