Formed in 2013 Healthsure Physiotherapy is a specialist physiotherapy provider located in central Scotland. With premises in Coatbridge, Cumbernaud, Hamilton and Glasgow – and 2 new clinics in Livingston and Edinburgh expected Q1 2017, now is an exciting time to be joining our Healthsure family. Since its inception in 2013, Healthsure has become an established physiotherapist and occupational health service provider treating thousand of new patients. Healthsure has also grown its business-to-business (B2B) relationships, and established key contracts with major insurers and local businesses. Our primary objective is the expansion of our operational business capabilities and creation of a “service quality conscious” corporate structure, from which we aim to achieve significant national growth and expansion. We recognise how fundamental our team, our physiotherapists and our human resources are to the delivery of a high quality service; in order to demonstrate this to our staff, patients and customers, Healthsure are currently working with the Investors in People organisation, and are targeting an Investors in People accreditation by the end of 2016. Continuous improvement, technological advancement and a slick operating environment are all recognised as critical success factors; we pride ourselves on customer and patient engagement, and we listen to what they have to say, and we respond in simple easy to understand language. More importantly, we act on feedback, constantly challenging ourselves to take our service to the next level; recent customer feedback surveys and business-to-business testimonials (See next page) have yielded positive results, but when it comes to service quality at Healthsure we know there’s never a good time to stop improving – because when it comes to our patient’s health, its their health, but its our assurance.
